InterMune lanza operaciones europeas y un nuevo fármaco huérfano con Veeva CRM basado en la nube e iRep

Cuando la compañía de biotecnología emergente InterMune expandió sus operaciones en Europa, buscó una solución CRM fiable que la ayudase a lanzar su fármaco huérfano, Esbriet, el primer y único tratamiento que demostró ralentizar la progresión de la enfermedad en pacientes con Fibrosis Pulmonar Idiopática (FPI) entre leve y moderada.

InterMune también necesitó desplegar una nueva solución rápidamente, de modo que la compañía de biotecnología buscó una plataforma flexible, fácil de implementar y de utilizar. Tras evaluar tres proveedores de CRM líderes, InterMune seleccionó Veeva CRM basado en la nube , incluyendo iRep, laúnica aplicación de CRM y Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) integrada de la industria diseñada para el iPad de Apple.
