NEWave(R) Signs Agreement With Cantor Gaming(R) to Provide Its Title 31 Manager Software in All Cantor Race & Sports Book(TM) Locations

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 01/08/13 -- NEWave®, the leading software supplier to the gaming industry, has signed an agreement with Cantor Gaming® to supply its award-winning Title 31 Manager software in all Cantor's Race & Sports Book™ locations in Nevada.

The agreement includes NEWave's Title 31 Manager, TINCheck and OFAC software modules and complements its longstanding experience in providing compliance solutions to the gaming industry.

NEWave's Title 31 Manager software completes, files and archives forms required to comply with FinCEN Title 31 money laundering requirements and includes real-time tracking, audit consolidation, e-filing, and other functionality.

NEWave's TINCheck is the quick way for casinos to validate address and tax ID information against USPS and IRS databases, and NEWave's OFAC Watch List provides real-time notification that a patron could be on at least one of a variety of watch lists.
