InMobi erhält Datenschutzsiegel von TRUSTe

SINGAPUR, 9 Januar 2013 - InMobi, Marktführer bei innovativen Plattformen für Mobiltechnologien und größtes unabhängiges Netzwerk für Mobile Advertising, hat die Datenschutz-Zertifizierung von TRUSTe erhalten. TRUSTe ist der führende Anbieter von Lösungen für das Datenschutz-Management

Dem Erhalt des TRUSTe-Datenschutzsiegels ging eine Überprüfung der Datenschutzpraktiken von InMobi voran. Diese müssen die Vorgaben des TRUSTe-Zertifizerungsprogramms erfüllen. Überprüft wurden die Erhebung und Verwendung von Daten mithilfe der globalen InMobi-Technologie, die im mobilen Web und in Apps von Drittanbietern Einsatz findet.

Die Voraussetzungen des TRUSTe-Programms umfassen u. a. Kriterien wie Transparenz, Verantwortlichkeit und Wahlmöglichkeit bezüglich der Erhebung und Verwendung von personenbezogenen Daten.
