Nächste große Sache aus Finnland! Kotka Games veranstaltet spektakulären Start für das mobile Spiel Swing Game.

Kotka Games, das finnische Unternehmen für mobile Spiele, hat sein erstes mobiles Spiel auf spektakuläre Weise präsentiert. Für den Start von Swing Game hat das Unternehmen eine Weltmeisterschaft im Swing Jumping veranstaltet. Ernest Kymi, der Hauptakteur des Spiels, sprang bei dieser Meisterschaft einen Weltrekord mit 17 Metern.

Bei Swing Game geht es um Ernest Kymi, eine 94-jährige Legende im Swing Jumping. Ernest war sein ganzes Leben lang in den weltweit beliebtesten Extremsport involviert - Swing Jumping. Dennoch hatte er nie die Gelegenheit, zu zeigen, was er kann, da es bislang für diesen Sport keine offiziellen Wettkämpfe gab. Bei seinem allerersten Sprung bei der Meisterschaft sprang Ernest viel zu weit und landete auf einem vorbeifahrenden Schiff. Das Ziel der Spieler von Swing Game liegt darin, Ernest mit Sprungqualitäten zurück in den Wettkampf zu verhelfen. Um die 60+ Levels des Spiels zu schaffen, sind Können und Kenntnisse gefragt. Das Spiel läuft auf Mobilgeräten mit iOS und Android und ist erhältlich im App Store und bei Google Play.

Ein Dokumentarfilm über Kotka Games, den Hersteller des Spiels, ist ebenfalls in Arbeit und wird im Herbst 2015 fertiggestellt.
