Indoor LBS Market in the US 2014-2018
https://www.reportbuyer.com/product/2183850/Indoor-LBS-Market-in-the-US-2014-2018.html About Indoor LBS Indoor LBS is used to track the location of an object or people within a building or a specific location such as a university campus. The indoor LBS is confined to a very limited geography; hence, it uses only wireless networks such as WiFi and WLAN that covers a small area. In addition, indoor LBS requires a high accuracy on the position of the object or device. Due to this, the indoor LBS uses positioning technologies based on WiFi, WLAN, UWB, Bluetooth, A-GPS, MEMS, and other hybrid technologies. Indoor LBS is mainly used in universities, hospitals, stadiums, shopping malls, government offices, airports, museums, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and parking areas. The differentiating factor between the outdoor LBS and the indoor LBS is the use of GPS signals to locate the desired object or people. The GPS signals inside a building are low. In addition, the accuracy of localization in GPS positioning technology varies from 50-100 meters. As most of the users spend more than 80 percent of their time indoors; the requirement for tracking or discovering an object or people with high localization accuracy is required. Hence, the indoor LBS use LAN-based spatial technology for positioning of objects or people. TechNavio's analysts forecast the Location-based Search and Advertising market in the US will grow at a CAGR of 44.87 percent over the period 2013-2018. Covered in this Report
