More Monkey Magic from Powertraveller with relaunch of powermonkey-classic

UK portable power manufacturer Powertraveller Ltd has re-launched its portable charger, the powermonkey-classic with four new colours and improved functionality.  A charged powermonkey-classic will now fully recharge an iPhone 1½ times, giving users 72 hours of standby time. 

The powermonkey-classic V2 is also compatible with a whole raft of 5V digital devices including PDAs, PSPs, Nintendo DS, DSi and DS lite hand-held games consoles, Sat Navs, iPod, MP3/MP4 players and some digital cameras.

A fully charged powermonkey-classic will recharge a mobile three times before it then needs re-juicing itself. The powermonkey-classic is compatible with the majority of top brands including Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and BlackBerry.
 
A fully charged powermonkey-classic will give mobile users 96 hours of standby time, 48 hours of standby time on a PDA, 40 hours of extra life on an iPod and 5 extra hours of gaming time on a PSP.  Compatible digital cameras will have enough power to take an additional 1600 pictures.

Charge up the powermonkey-classic either from a USB or from the mains using the included worldwide travel charger (110V to 240V).  Allow three hours to charge up from the mains.
 
Four new stunning colours in addition to Classic Silver – Hot Pink, Deep Purple, Glossy Black and Royal Blue.
 
A new specialist chip set interrogates the attached device, allowing the powermonkey-classic to adjust its power output accordingly.
 
The powermonkey-classic features a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2200mAh, maximum current output 1.2A, input voltage 5V 500mA.
