DYMO LabelWriter Printers Help Customers Tackle Office Tasks On-The-Go With New iPhone Application

Upgraded 'Print n Share' iPhone Application Offers Greater Convenience and More Options for DYMO Customers

STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- DYMO is helping customers be productive while on-the-go with the introduction of an upgraded iPhone application. The new DYMO LabelWriter 450 printers, as well as the LabelWriter 400 models, now feature exclusive compatibility with the iPhone application "Print n Share" from EuroSmartz Ltd. This enhances the DYMO printers' capabilities by allowing remote printing and optimized ease of use for users whether in the office or on-the-go.

DYMO LabelWriter printers output professional looking address, shipping and file folder labels right from the user's desk. They also print barcodes and name badges without the extra work and hassle of printing sheet labels on a standard desktop printer. The new iPhone application compatibility follows the recent launch of the new DYMO LabelWriter 450 family of printers.

"Our goal is to help customers quickly outsmart everyday office tasks - that means greater flexibility and solutions that allow them to thrive in the demanding small business environment," says David Block, Vice President of R&D and Technology for Newell Rubbermaid. "With the "Print n Share" iPhone application, iPhone users with DYMO LabelWriter printers can tap directly into their desktops and have instant access to print labels from anywhere "

Additional benefits for DYMO customers with the "Print n Share" application include:

  • Quick management of important lists or databases for mass mailings or reports
  • Cross referencing capability to pull information from contact lists and emails
  • Ability to design labels for special presentations or programs

The new and improved Print n Share application is available now for download at the iTunes App store. The app costs just $6.99, and users with the existing application are able to download the upgrade at no additional cost.

According to Forrester Research, every business will become either a digital predator or digital prey by 2020. To avoid demise, organizations must rapidly create new sources of value in their end-to-end customer experiences. True digital predators also must break down information and process silos and extend digital transformation initiatives to empower employees with the digital resources needed to win, serve, and retain customers.
IoT is rapidly becoming mainstream as more and more investments are made into the platforms and technology. As this movement continues to expand and gain momentum it creates a massive wall of noise that can be difficult to sift through. Unfortunately, this inevitably makes IoT less approachable for people to get started with and can hamper efforts to integrate this key technology into your own portfolio. There are so many connected products already in place today with many hundreds more on the h...
